Remote Diagnostics
Connect to your PLC remotely to review fault logs, program state, and I/O status. Many controls issues can be diagnosed and resolved without a site visit.
Root Cause Analysis
Identify the actual cause — not just reset the fault. Review alarm history, program logic, and field device status to determine what failed and why.
On-Site Dispatch
When remote resolution is not possible, we dispatch to your site for hands-on diagnosis, I/O testing, wiring verification, and program correction.
Permanent Fix & Documentation
Implement a lasting solution, update program documentation, and provide a written summary of the fault, root cause, and corrective action taken.
