Industrial controls experience with a TO/RTO flagship specialty

VIR Automation is an industrial controls integrator serving industrial facilities directly with PLC, HMI/SCADA, burner-interface, panel, commissioning, and modernization support. Thermal oxidizers and RTOs are the deepest and most proven practice area, supported by experience with furnaces, kilns, scrubbers, material handling systems, and other process equipment.

Founded in 2021 and based in Fishers, Indiana, VIR Automation is led by Mohamed Fadel, who brings 10+ years of hands-on industrial controls experience. His background includes TO/RTO controls at a major environmental-equipment OEM, industrial furnace and process controls at a global ceramics and building-materials manufacturer, and material-handling controls at a Fortune 500 e-commerce fulfillment company.

Across the engineering and qualified partner team, the broader experience base exceeds 50 combined years and 250 industrial controls projects. These figures describe career experience across the team, not VIR-only project counts.

Why Facilities Work With VIR Automation

Direct-Facility Focus

Controls work is scoped around the equipment the plant owns, the evidence available, and the operating concern the facility needs to understand.

Requirements-Aware Controls

Controls scope is developed around documented process, OEM, permit, and retained-professional requirements. Facility compliance remains the owner’s responsibility.

Allen-Bradley + Siemens

Hands-on capability across the two dominant PLC ecosystems, with additional experience on legacy and specialty platforms.

Nationwide Support

Indiana-based remote and onsite support is planned around scope, schedule, authorization, safety requirements, and site access.

Documented Handoff

Project deliverables can include commented code, I/O references, updated wiring information, test records, backups, and operator documentation as defined by scope.

TO/RTO Flagship Specialty

Thermal oxidizer and RTO controls remain VIR Automation’s deepest proof base within a broader industrial controls practice.
